Cut the swiss steak into 1/2 inch slices, coat with salt paper and flour
Place the sliced round swiss steak into a crockpot
Open the can tomato, pour into the crockpot
Add into green pepper, onion, steak sauce
Add molasses, mushroom, diced patato and soy sauce
Stir everything well in the crokpot
Cover with a lid
Slow cook for 8 hours
Serve with white rice
You may add a little bit green vegetables as well
Dust the steak with flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, rub all ingredients on both sides of the steak

Mix flour with salt, pound the mixture on both sides of the swiss steak evenly
