Pre heat your oven to 350 F degrees
Mix butter/ margarine, water, stuffing mix all together in a bowl
Lay the flank steak on the board
Butterfly the flank steak from the long edge
Use a spoon to put the mixture on to the steak, leave 1 inch border
Sprinkle sliced red bell pepper, green onions, spinach on top
Roll the flank steak up from the long edge
Tie it up with cotton string every couple of inches
Place it in a baking dish with seem side down
Mix cheese, garlic wine, gravy or apple juice in another bowl
Pour the new mix on to the tied up flank steak
Bake the flank steak in oven for one hour
Remove it out of oven and slice the flank steak
Serve in a plate with some your favourite vegetables
Note: The stuffing ingredients are unlimited. You can use whatever you want. Like mushroom? Go ahead add some mushroom. Subsititue Parmesan Cheese to feta cheese? Sure you can!
