Leave the marinade sirloin in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Take the sirloin steak out of the refrigerator and rest for one hours before cooking.
Pre heat the grill for 10 minutes to high heat
Brush some olive oil on the grill
Pat dry the top sirloin steam and sprinkle your favorite seasonings herbs or spices on both sides
Turn the grill burner to medium
Place the sirloin steak on the grill's hot burner
Grill the sirloin for 3 minutes

Flip over to grill the other side
Cook other side for another 3 mintues
Move the top sirloin steak to cooler side of the grill to cook for another 5 minutes each side
Take the steak out of the grill
Coat the garlic butter on both sides
Rest the sirloin steak for 3 minutes before serving
You can serve the sirloin steak with chips, patato and your favourite vegetables
