Put minced ground beef, bread crumbs, pepper and salt, onion powder and garlic poweders, worcester sauce together in a big jar.
Mix well, make some beef balls and flatten them into patties
Heat the vegetable oil in the skillet.
Cook the patties in the skillet until the patties cooked nicely browned on both sides
Place the cooked beef patties into a plate, keep warm
Sprinkle wheat flours into into the skillet on the drippings and onion
Stir the flour, dripping and reamaining beef from the skillet bottom
Slowly mix the cooking sherry and beef broth into the skillet
Add sliced onions in skillet
Cooking on medium heat for about 4 minutes until the gravy is thick
Place back the hamburger steak patties into the skillet
Mix the gravy and patties togethers
Add a little bit water if too dry
Cover the lid and cook for another 20 minutes
Serve with white rice or mashed patato, salad or green vegetables
