Pre heat the saucepan to medium heat
Add vegetable oil, butter
Put in garlic, onion, chii powder
Add vinegar, tomato sauce, honey, pepper, soy sauce and salt
Stir well, add red wine, cooking for 5 minutes
Done when slightly thick
Brush the above newly-cooked sauce on both side of the flank steak evenly
Pre heat your gill to medium heat
Lay the flank steak on the grill
Grill the flank steak for 6 minutes to medium
Flip the flank steak once to grill to desired doneness
About 6 minute for medium
Brush the remaining sauce onto both sides of the flank steak
Remove from grill, cover the flank steak with foil
Rest for 5 minutes
Slice the flank steak against the grain into 1/8 inch thick slices
Transfer to a plate
Serve with your favorite vegetable or chips
