How To Cook - Flank Steak Fajita Recipes

  • Put vegetable oil in the skillet

  • cook the flank steak each side for 3 minutes over medium heat

  • Take it out and rest aside

  • Add oil, Cook the sliced onion, green pepper, red pepper for 5 minutes until tender

  • Add garlic, jalapeno and bell peppers.

  • Slice the steak, return it to the skillet

  • Mix all well and stir all evenly

  • Add fajita spices, seasonings

  • Add tomato and Cumin

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Lay the flour tortillas on a clean plate

  • Heat your tortillas in a microwave for 45 seconds or heat in another skillet

  • Place the cooked beef fajita mix down the center of each tortilla

  • Fold sides over filling

  • Served in a 9" plate with sour cream & cheese

  • There ya go…. ready to eat, enjoy!

  • There are alot of flexibilities here that you can change here and there. Example you may marinade the steak for 4 hours with your favorite marinade before cooking. It taste even better!
