Put vegetable oil in the skillet
cook the flank steak each side for 3 minutes over medium heat
Take it out and rest aside
Add oil, Cook the sliced onion, green pepper, red pepper for 5 minutes until tender
Add garlic, jalapeno and bell peppers.
Slice the steak, return it to the skillet
Mix all well and stir all evenly
Add fajita spices, seasonings
Add tomato and Cumin
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Lay the flour tortillas on a clean plate
Heat your tortillas in a microwave for 45 seconds or heat in another skillet
Place the cooked beef fajita mix down the center of each tortilla
Fold sides over filling
Served in a 9" plate with sour cream & cheese
There ya go…. ready to eat, enjoy!
There are alot of flexibilities here that you can change here and there. Example you may marinade the steak for 4 hours with your favorite marinade before cooking. It taste even better!
