How To Cook - Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

  • Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, red wine, vinegar, soy sauce, honey and black pepper together in a big jare

  • Cut the flank steak surface about 1/3 deep across the grains

  • Place the flank steak into the marinade

  • Stir well to make sure all areas marinaded

  • Seal the steak with marinade in a ziploc bag

  • Keei it in the refrigerator for 10 hours

  • Take it out and rest to room temperature

  • Coat your grill racks with vegetable or olive oil

  • Heat the grill to high hot

  • sprinkle salt and ground peper on both sides of the flank steak

  • Place the flank steak on grill

  • Cover it, cook for 6 minutes

  • Open, flip the flank steak

  • Cook other side for 6 minutes

  • Cook to your favourite doneness

  • Flank steak normally does not cook to well done as this will make it too tough

  • Remove the flank steak out of grill

  • Place it on a cutting board to rest for 8 minutes

  • Slice the flank steak across the grain into big pieces

  • Boil your original marinade, put it ina small bowl

  • Place the sliced flank steak in a place, serve with salsa sauce or your marinade
