Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, red wine, vinegar, soy sauce, honey and black pepper together in a big jare
Cut the flank steak surface about 1/3 deep across the grains
Place the flank steak into the marinade
Stir well to make sure all areas marinaded
Seal the steak with marinade in a ziploc bag
Keei it in the refrigerator for 10 hours
Take it out and rest to room temperature
Coat your grill racks with vegetable or olive oil
Heat the grill to high hot
sprinkle salt and ground peper on both sides of the flank steak
Place the flank steak on grill
Cover it, cook for 6 minutes
Open, flip the flank steak
Cook other side for 6 minutes
Cook to your favourite doneness
Flank steak normally does not cook to well done as this will make it too tough
Remove the flank steak out of grill
Place it on a cutting board to rest for 8 minutes
Slice the flank steak across the grain into big pieces
Boil your original marinade, put it ina small bowl
Place the sliced flank steak in a place, serve with salsa sauce or your marinade
