This ricipe here is about QUICK & EASY swiss steak, so it's not going to take 6-10 hours
Freeze the swiss steak for one hour
Take it out of freezer, slice the swiss round steak into 6 thin strips
Mix flour with salt, pound the mixture on both sides of the swiss steak evenly
Vegetable oil into the pre heated skillet, heat to medium hot
Place the swiss steak strips into the skillet, cook until brown
Take the swiss steak out and leave in a plate
Add vegetable oil, onion, garlic powder, celery into the skillet and cook until tender-crisp
Add tomato mushroom, soy sauce
Stir everything well in the skillet and cook until boil
Add the swiss steak into the skillet
Stir well, cover lid and cook for one hour
Stir occacionally unitl done
Serve with white rice or mashed patato
You may add a little bit green vegetables as well
